Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Registration Fee includes Entry in the Conference Venue and Trade Exhibition area, one Breakfast, and one Lunch.
- Spot Registration is strictly by cash only
- Request for Cancellation and Refund should be made by mail to info@aoiwb.com. 50% will be deducted for Cancellation request made before 31st July 2026. No request for Refund will be entertained after 31st July 2026.
- Pay cheque/ DD in favour of “AOI West Bengal Conference” payable at Kolkata or Pay cash at Association Office
